General Reservation Information

Guests must be at least 18 years old to reserve a room. Guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult over 18 to stay in the hotel.

Early Check In Fee: Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. If you wish to check-in early, an additional fee per person of $25 will charge for checking-in at 10:00 a.m. and $40 for checking-in at 08:00 a.m. Early check-In subjected to availability.

Your reservation will be charged in Costa Rican colones, using the exchange rate of the Central Bank of Costa Rica.

Child Policy

When traveling with children, a daily additional fee will apply to the total amount on the hotel confirmation. This fee must be paid upon check-in. The fee is $47.00 USD for each child 4-11 years and full adult rate for those 12 and over. Children up to 3 years old sharing a room will not be charged for their stay.

Deposit Policy:

To ensure the reservation, the first night payment will be charged as follows:

Super High Season: 14 days prior to check-in.
(Holy Week: March 29 to April 5, 2026, and December 22, 2026 to January 1, 2027)
High Season: 7 days prior to check-in.
(January 2 to March 28, 2026; June 30 to July 13, 2026; and December 15 to December 21, 2026)
Low Season (Weekdays): 3 days prior to check-in.
(April 6 to June 29, 2026, and July 14 to December 14, 2026)
Low Season (Weekends): 7 days prior to check-in.
(April 6 to June 29, 2026, and July 14 to December 14, 2026)
Special policies apply to group bookings, special rates, and non-refundable rates.
Only the cardholder may check in at the hotel and must present the credit or debit card used, along with a valid photo ID.

 

Cancellation Policy:

To avoid a penalty of one night charge, cancel by 2:00 pm local hotel time at least 14 days prior to arrival during super high season and at least 7 days prior to arrival during high and low seasons.

DAY PASS REGULATIONS

The use of the Day Pass at Best Western Jacó Beach All Inclusive Resort is governed by the following conditions:

1. Availability and Valid Days
The Day Pass is subject to availability.
Valid Sunday through Thursday only.

2. Rates
• Adults (12 years and older): $91
• Children ages 4 to 11: $38
• Children ages 0 to 3: free of charge

3. Schedule
• Check-in time: 8:00 a.m.
• Check-out time: 5:00 p.m.

4. Includes
The Day Pass includes:
• Breakfast
• Lunch
• Snacks
• Unlimited beverages
• Access to facilities: restrooms, showers, and lockers

Validity:
This coupon is valid from March 31, 2026, to December 17, 2026.

Discount Application:
The coupon grants a 15% discount on the applicable rate.

Mandatory Presentation:
The customer must present the coupon before making the reservation in order for the discount to be applied.

Restrictions:

Not valid in combination with other promotions or offers.

Not applicable to day passes.
