The Early Check-In or Late Check-Out promotion at no additional cost is subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking Window

The promotion applies to direct bookings made between April 6 and July 30, 2026.

2. Travel Window

Valid for stays during the same period, from April 6 to July 30, 2026.

3. Applicable Days

The promotion applies only to stays from Sunday to Thursday.

4. Promotion Benefit

Guests may choose only one of the following benefits at no additional cost:

Early Check-In

• Access to the hotel starting at 11:00 a.m., including use of facilities and the all-inclusive plan.
• Room access will be granted starting at 3:00 p.m.

Late Check-Out

• Extended check-out until 3:00 p.m. on the day of departure.
• Guests must choose one benefit only; both cannot be combined.

5. Blackout Dates

The promotion is not valid for stays between June 26 and July 18, 2026.

6. Additional Conditions

• Promotion is exclusive to direct bookings through our website and our reservations department.
• Promotion is subject to hotel availability.
• The benefit must be requested and confirmed at the time of booking.
• It is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Not valid for groups, events, online travel agencies or corporate bookings.
• Cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or special rates.
• Applies only to stays from Sunday to Thursday, excluding stays that include Friday, Saturday, or Sunday nights.
• Applies only to direct bookings made through our website or via the call center.

7. Modifications

Best Western Jacó Beach All Inclusive Resort reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this promotion at any time without prior notice if operational conditions require it.
