Reservation Policy

General Reservation Information

Pets are not allowed  (except guide dogs)

Guests must be at least 18 years old to reserve a room. Guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult over 18 to stay in the hotel.

Early Check In Fee: Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. If you wish to check-in early, an additional fee per person of $25 will charge for checking-in at 10:00 a.m. and $40 for checking-in at 08:00 a.m. Early check-In subjected to availability.

Your reservation will be charged in Costa Rican colones, using the exchange rate of the Central Bank of Costa Rica.

Child Policy

When traveling with children, a daily additional fee will apply to the total amount on the hotel confirmation. This fee must be paid upon check-in. The fee is $47.00 USD for each child 4-11 years and full adult rate for those 12 and over. Children up to 3 years old sharing a room will not be charged for their stay.


Deposit Policy:


To ensure the reservation, the first night payment will be charged as follows:

Super High Season: 14 days prior to check-in.
(Easter Week: April 11–19, 2025 and December 22, 2025 – January 1, 2026)
High Season: 7 days prior to check-in.
(January 2 – April 10, 2025, June 30 – July 13, 2025 and December 15 – 21, 2025)
Low Season (Weekdays): 3 days prior to check-in.
(April 20 – June 29, 2025 and July 14 – December 14, 2025)
Low Season (Weekends): 7 days prior to check-in.
(April 20 – June 29, 2025 and July 14 – December 14, 2025)
Special policies apply to group bookings, special rates, and non-refundable rates.
Only the cardholder may check in at the hotel and must present the credit or debit card used, along with a valid photo ID.

Cancellation Policy:

To avoid a penalty of one night charge, cancel by 2:00 pm local hotel time at least 14 days prior to arrival during super high season and at least 7 days prior to arrival during high and low seasons.

 

Rules:

Rules of the Giveaway “Name Our Character Contest”

The following provisions expressly define and regulate the conditions under which the promotion “Name Our Character Contest” will be conducted, organized by HOTELES RECREATIVOS S.A., corporate ID number 3-101-030416, (Best Western Jacó Beach All Inclusive Resort), hereinafter referred to as “The Organizer”, on the one hand, and on the other, all those individuals who are registered or who register during the validity of this contest as “fans” of Best Western Jacó Beach All Inclusive Resort, on its official Facebook page Best Western Jacó Beach All Inclusive Resort and Instagram account @bwjacobeach, who shall be referred to as “the participants.”

Participants accept the rules and decisions of The Organizer, as stipulated in this document and in the promotional flyer.

I. Contest Dynamics

The contest consists of choosing the name of the new character of Best Western Jacó Beach All Inclusive Resort, which is an animated “Iguana.” Three names will be published to choose from: “Igui,” “Tuki,” or “Guani” for voting, through the social media platforms of Best Western Jacó Beach All Inclusive Resort, via stories and posts.

To participate, the person must choose one of the indicated names. Afterwards, a random drawing will be held to select the winning comment, determining both the winner and the name of the character.

To participate in the contest, entrants must comply with the following requirements:

  • Comment on the official contest post with one of the three name options (Igui, Tuki, Guani).
  • Comment on the official contest post tagging one person with whom they would like to enjoy the prize. More than one comment is allowed as long as different people are tagged.
     
  • Follow the official Instagram and Facebook accounts of Best Western Jacó Beach All Inclusive Resort.
  • Share the official post of the contest in your stories and tag us.

II. Contest Duration

The contest will begin on Tuesday, September 9, and end at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, September 12.

The winner will have one month only to claim the prize. After that date, the certificate will be delivered in digital format.

If the winner does not respond after three contact attempts, they will no longer be considered.

III. The Prize

The winner will receive a lodging certificate valid for one night at Best Western Jacó Beach All Inclusive Resort, exclusively for reservations from Sunday to Thursday, for two adults and two children, under the all-inclusive plan. Valid for children 11 years old or younger.

IV. Final Provisions and Requirements

  • This contest applies only to individuals 18 years of age or older.
  • Participants must be aware of the contents of this regulation, available on the website: https://www.bestwesternjacobeach.com/es.
  • Participants must be aware of the restrictions published in this promotion.
  • By submitting a comment, participants accept that The Organizer may publish their comment and tag their name on Best Western Jacó Beach All Inclusive Resort’s social media for public viewing if they are the winner.
  • The Organizer will not consider responses containing words contrary to morality and good customs, erroneous responses, or names outside the three given options. The evaluation of responses is the sole responsibility of The Organizer.
     
  • Only valid comments made on the official Best Western Jacó Beach All Inclusive Resort social media contest post will be considered.
  • In the event of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances preventing compliance with the provisions of this regulation, The Organizer will not assume any liability.
  • It is understood that Facebook and Instagram do not sponsor, endorse, or administer this promotion in any way, nor are they associated with it.
  • This promotion is not valid for employees of Best Western Jacó Beach All Inclusive Resort.
  • Reservations must be made in advance and are subject to availability. The prize cannot be replaced in case of loss. It has no commercial value. It is essential to present the certificate to make the reservation and check in at the hotel. Not combinable with other promotions.
  • The certificate will be valid from September 14 to December 13, 2025. Valid from Sunday to Thursday. Not applicable on holidays or long weekends. Subject to availability. Advance reservation required.
